We now offer phone consultations to dog owners anywhere in the U.S. who need assistance with common training and behavior problems. The consultation will include a referral to a training or behavior professional in your area, where applicable.
Not all behavior problems are appropriate for this service. In such cases, appropriate referrals will be made to experienced professionals in your area. Phone Consultations

Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT)
The CCPDT is the first organization to offer a national certification for dog trainers. Members have passed a rigorous application and testing process and are required to continue their education in order to maintain certification.
Association of Pet Dog Trainers
(APDT) Please Note: The APDT does not require that members adhere to positive training techniques and there are numerous trainers who use APDT membership solely as a marketing tool. Please carefully screen any potential trainer, regardless of memberships or affiliations.
